REFER A FRIEND

• By joining the Refer a Friend program, the player agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
• The player becomes referred by you only when an account is registered through the link received from you. The link to invite other players can be found on the dashboard of the Refer a Friend program (authorization required). Each player has their own unique link.
• Referring yourself, or creating multiple accounts, or exploiting this promotion in any other abusive way is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent block with confiscation of all fraudulently acquired funds.
• The Refer a Friend program pays 2% (two percent) commission from real money stakes made by referred players.
• Commission is paid only for gameplay with deposited funds when there is no active bonus on the account.
• No commission will be paid for stakes made with free bonus winnings.
• Players can track their referred signups, depositors, as well as accumulated commission on the dashboard of the Refer a Friend campaign.
• Players can start using or withdraw their accumulated commission only when they have referred at least one depositor (a referred player who has made at least 1 deposit).
• Only players who have previously deposited can withdraw their commission. Payment method restrictions may apply. Please refer to the Banking page.
• We withhold the right, at our own discretion, to exclude any individual or individuals from participation in Refer a Friend program.
• We reserve the right to stop providing the Refer a Friend program at any time, for example, for technical or regulatory reasons or for the reasonable prevention of fraud or to withdraw a particular reward at any time.

1. All offers to the players are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.
2. We reserve the right to refuse to withdraw funds to the players using disposable email addresses.
3. We reserve the right to stop offering bonuses to players who we deem have received an unproportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus release to deposit ratio and decline such player participation in any of our current/future promotional campaigns.
4. To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, the player must make a minimum deposit of 10 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD, or 100 NOK/SEK, unless otherwise specified.
5. All Welcome bonuses are restricted to the very first deposit to the Website only.
6. All Games deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified) as well as deposits that triggered them need to be wagered 35 (thirty five) times before the funds can be withdrawn.
7. All Games no deposit bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 99 (ninety nine) times before the funds can be withdrawn.

9. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited as a result. Please note that when playing with a bonus, real money gets exhausted first.
10. All bonuses are valid for 3 (three) days.
11. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
12. When betting, placed bets are deducted from the player’s deposited funds. However, if no deposited funds are available the bet placed in a bonus game will be deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
13. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 10% of the value of the initial bonus balance, but not bigger than 3 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, or 30 NOK/SEK for money bonus, and 1 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, or 10 NOK/SEK for free spins bonus. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black, and also in-game bonus features that can be purchased.
14. Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Customer Services to learn more or use the CANCEL BONUS button (X) inside the bonus balance window.
15. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a bonus or free spins (or combination of bonus and free spins) for deposit will be equal to 10 (ten) deposits made to participate in a particular campaign. Any winnings exceeding the limit will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once bonus is successfully wagered.
16. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free registration bonus or free spins without deposit will be 30 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, or 300 NOK/SEK. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once such bonus is successfully wagered.
17. If the deposited amount is higher than the required to claim a full bonus amount, the maximum winnings that will be paid will be sum of ten required deposit amounts and amount that exceeds the required deposit.
18. Only 1 (one) bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked". We reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
19. Any "free spin" or "bonus" winnings resulting from bonus funds after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited shall be removed.
20. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same.
21. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion, deems to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the player/s in question).
22. Other cases of not permitted 'Promotion Abuse' include, but are not limited to: Using a proxy or a VPN or masking IP your address. Playing more than 1 (one) game at a time. Wagering of bonus money on excluded or non eligible games (games that are not marked by 'bonus' badge). Decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more (compared to your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
23. Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.
24. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than 1 (one) accounts with us in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as Promotional Abuse and may result in confiscated funds.
25. Bonus round and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to product software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.
26. If it's discovered that a group players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, banking pattern or IP, device ID, we will at it's own discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit.
27. If, while playing via our Website provided games, you win a sum regarded by us as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by us. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any our announcement about promotion results or on the Website.
28. Regarding the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC.
29. When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have 2 (two) options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus, or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings made after deposit will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.
30. In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.
31. Kindly note that it's not allowed to use bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages and then final stages completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been released or forfeited. If such tactic is adopted, we reserve the right to confiscate the winnings.
32. The adaptation of "Bonus Hunting" by reaching a bonus feature, exiting the game to later go back and play the feature is not permitted. Doing this will result in confiscation of winnings related to this.
33. If you use a promo code for a promotion you are not eligible for, you will not receive the bonus.
34. Deposit bonuses will be added instantly. If you're eligible for a deposit offer and do not receive it, please contact our Customer Services before you start playing and wait for the confirmation that the bonus is granted. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.
35. The Bonus Terms as published on the Website (and updated from time to time) are in English and it is the English version of these Bonus Terms that form the basis of these Bonus Terms only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.
